In order to process the return I was asked to send photos of the actual part, the box and the packing slip and then later they requested the vehicle VIN. After all of that...I was only given credit for the $15.97 and not for the shipping. So I was out $9.97 for their mistake. In my experience, retailers honor what is advertised."

"This part is a plastic circle with tabs sticking out for mounting the part. The part was shipped in a thin paper envelop and one of the mounting tabs was bent 90 degrees from its design position and broke off when straightened. This was the result of inappropriate shipping method. The part , a fog light bezel, mounted in place on the vehicle however, I can tell it does not hold the fog light as securely as it should."
