"I ordered a complete front end rebuild kit made by A Premium for a 1988 GMC g20 van and the inner tie rods cap the front end because the grease fittings are on the outside of the tie rod instead of the end. The rest of the kit fit ok. I was told by Parts Geek that there was nothing they could do because I had the kit over 30 days. Kit probably fits other vehicles fine bit not a G 10 or G20 Chevy van."

"I ordered over $450. in parts. A $4.73 was broken in two due to careless packing or the person that packed the order didn't know not to fold a gasket. I explained what happened to a representative through the online chat to see if they would send a replacement stating that it would cost more to return the item than what it costs and then I would be charged again for the part and shipping when reordering. I was told that I would have to go through the RMA process and lose money getting a replacement. I bought a replacement from a company that understands that you can't fold a fiber gasket without breaking it. Cost me another $10. It's not the money, just the principle! They should have taken responsible action and just sent a properly packed replacement."
