"I have requested to return my parts because they do not fit and I am not being able to recieve a return label. This is ridiculous to me. The brakes and rotors were never used. What is the problem? I spoke with customer service via online chat and email, sent pictures of my order not being used and still in their original state (new) and my Vin number to my vehicle and still no return label. Instead I'm getting the run around and nothing in the return policy states all this extra nonsense that's going on right now. So what, am I just gonna be stuck with parts that don't fit my car or have to pay 300 dollars to ship them back to get my money back which in turn makes no sense because I spent 300 dollars on the brakes and rotors already. I need better customer service. Asap. This is beyond ridiculous and very upsetting. "

"Ordered one recently for my Silverado after searching through Amazon with no luck. The reviews are not good. This is a high output for all my electrical needs. I have a bit of a whine but I believe it is because of the additional amps it is cranking out. It was a snap to put in if you have a breaker bar for the tensioner and a pry bar to pry the alternator out of the mount. And I was back on the road again!"

"I ordered a replacement alternator for my 2001 Toyota Sequoia SR5 which I seen I should receive in basically 5-10 days. So roughly a two week wait. While checking out, I noticed I could pay a bit extra and have expedited shipping and it will ship even sooner, so I can fix my vehicle and get back to driving my baby girl. WELL!!!!!!! Didn't matter that I paid extra... My part didn't even ship until 4 days AFTER my purchase, and then still took over 10 days to get here, which was ridiculous. Why have me pay extra when you weren't going to hold your part of the bargain?
I rated 3 stars due to the actual part I ordered working amazingly, no issues once installed and my vehicle is back up and running, so thank you for that. I would love to rate 5 stars, but I still a bit mad about paying extra for expedited shipping and that's not what I received.

My lights do not blink when I lock and unlock the truck with my key fob either. Now, more then 200 dollars later and I still need to replace my headlight assembly."
