"I plan on calling my credit card co. to put a stop payment on my charge to this co. On 11/3/10 I placed an order and paid the $19.50 for UPS 2nd Air. As of today, 11/12 I have not received the part and I can't get the company to respond to my emails or faxes. There is no tele. no. on the website to talk to someone in person.....terrible company - I will never do business with them again!"

"Are you kidding me! I was searching for the "ink tubes assembly" C7770-60286 and this site was the only one who had this part. I ordered it and got it within 5 working days. I was anxious after reading the reviews for Partshere, which I read after ordering my part. I thought about cancelling my order. Well thank God I didnt. The part was brand spanking new - I could not order this part from HP but got it from Partshere. I don't understand some of the neggative reviews - but ho well it worked for me and I'm deffinetely ordering from this site again.

After ordering the part and actually getting the part the way I did, nevermind that nobody else had this part, and the price was right; Partshere is my store and highly recomend it!

"I placed an order for a new motor for an HP printer that was supposed to be in stock. It took almost two weeks to ship out the part and another week for it to arrive. The part received was neither new or working. I tried multiple times to contact the company with no response. Next step is to dispute this with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY from Partshere.com!!!!"

"I think I probably got the shipment intended for "johnasr" (see his earlier review), as what I received bears no resemblance to what I ordered.

I ordered two OOPS (out of paper sensors) for my HP printer, but received some sort of carriage control band (no way of determining exactly what it is, but it is NOT what I ordered). I hope I don't end up going through the same runaround that johnasr has experienced. Fortunately, I, too, paid by credit card, and in the absence of very fast corrective action on the part of this merchant, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card issuer.

There can be no excuse for this kind of sloppy service.

Follow up: Two unanswered emails plus an unanswered attempt at phoning. Nothing. At least I've discovered that the "encoder band" that they shipped (~$90) is worth several times the price of the missing OOPS units ($12). One would think they'd be happy to make things right, since they're out at least $70 due to their ridiculous error! I suppose if I get no response from PartsHere, I can put the "encoder band" on eBay, perhaps at a nice profit.

FINAL RESOLUTION: This store must be run by imbeciles. After numerous futile attempt to contact them, I issued a Disputed Charge claim to my credit card company. They, in turn, tried to contact PartsHere, but again without success. Bottom Line: I got my money back, and I still heve the misshipped part (worth about $90, if I could find a buyer for it!).

"Found part I needed on their website and seemed like a fair price. Ordered it and when it arrived...wrong part and not even from same HP machine. Emailed...no response. Called and left VM..no response. Called back and caught a Customer Service (no service)rep. She wanted me to go online and reorder the part again....and also create RMA for return. I asked who is paying to send this wrong part back and she replied..you are. I asked why I should pay for return shipping on a part they mistakenly shipped. She said that is their policy. I told her no and I expected the correct part to be shipped with a call tag in the box for the return of the wrong part. She could'nt authorize that and I asked to speak to a manager...manager was busy. Left # for manager to call me...no response. Have since disputed charge on AMEX and looked at BBB on these guys...have a solid F rating. I plan to file a complaint with BBB on them too. I called again today as a last resort...6 times and get no response.

As an IT reseller, if my company made an error in shipping a wrong part, we would overnight the right one and pay for freight back of wrong part. BEWARE OF PARTSHERE.COM.

"Stumbled across this website looking for hard to find parts for an older HP LaserJet. PartsHere not only had the parts in stock, I had them in just a few days. Website, checkout, shipping, and parts all went smoothly and as advertised. I didn't have a large order, but was still treated like a spent thousands. I will definately purchase from again!"

"I would like to take a moment and comment on the excellent customer service I received from Angie at Partshere.com.

I was concerned with ordering a refurbished part for a printer and exchanging the core for a credit through an online store.

Every time I emailed Angie (in accounting) with a concern, she was prompt to return my emails, kind in her helping me, and researched all my questions thoroughly. Angie went above and beyond her job and located my package that I forgot to put a RMA number on and is making sure that my credit will still be applied.

Thank you Angie for understanding the meaning of customer service. I will make sure if we ever need parts again, they will be ordered through Partshere.com.

"Worst online shopping result ever. Sent me a used defective part would not answer phone calls or email. I threatned to complain to my credit card company and got an instant email. Sent part back with their RMA# over a month ago and now we are back to not answering emails or phone calls. Use the HP Parts Store these people are ripoffs. "

"Worst customer service of all time!!! No phone number on the website! They seldom reply to emails. I had to beat an old lady with a stick to get an RMA for the broken card they sent me, and they are now ignoring my emails about the second broken card they sent me. DON'T BUY FROM PARTSHERE.COM!!!"

"I ordered on line ho officejet 6110xi parts (1) Q1636-60016 Output paper tray and (2)C7296-00014 ADF glass window (ONLY). The former was a perfect fit, but the latter was the glass used to make single copies rather than the ADF glass window. No telephone number is given on the web site, so I have sent three emails to the email addresses listed, but have yet to received a response. The returned part was signed for by the company today, but I would like to get the ADF glass window. The process just should not be this difficult."

"Steer clear!!!! Be smarter than I was. I, too, was lured in by the lowest price which was fine until I needed service.

OK, here's your first clue...do you really want to do business with someone who doesn't list a contact phone number on their site??? How about a business who doesn't update their current address so you have to go on a wild goose chase to find their whereabouts??? Their site says they are located in Chino, CA when in actuality they are in Ontario, CA.

You may or may not receive your product but if you have problems you can forget about it. Check it out for yourself. Try calling them @ ***-***-**** and see if you get someone to answer the phone. I was able to get the phone number from the posting of another disgruntled customer on another site.

If you get someone tell them I'm still waiting to hear from them. I've gotten no reply to emails of phone messages. What a pant loaf this "company" is".

"I have been using Partshere.com for over 2 years to get my printer parts. They have diagrams and part numbers and usually the best price. On my last order the e-mail came saying the part shipped but there was no tracking info. I waited 2 weeks (because I was on vacation) before contacting them to report I had not received the part. At first I tried the contact info on their website. I tried calling them and got a message the number was disconnected. Then, after logging into my account on their website. I went to the order history page that displayed my order. Clicked on Contact Partshere link and sent them a message saying I had not received my part. I had an e-mail back in just a couple hours and they re-shipped the part overnight free of charge and they apologized for the error. Not the best resolution but I was happy to get it resolved and will continue to use Partshere in the future now that I know how to contact them when having difficulties."
