"Made the order online. No reply after a week. Called using a number provided by this website. Only then did they ship. Part arrived a week later and they shipped the wrong item!!! Called 6 times the following 2 weeks to confirm reimbursement of both shipping cost. But no answer. This Store is the worst kind I ever dealt with. "

"I order some printer parts from this on-line store a few days ago. Shipping time was ok, but I was really impressed with their prices. This website has most parts at about 50% lower than all other main printer parts stores. I was amazed to find my part through them - a part that no other dealer could get me. I will defenitely shop here again, highly recommended! I give www.partshere.com a B+. Most stores get Cs from me. "

"I ordered an HP AC Adapter on Jan 11th and chose UPS ground. After a week I did not receive the part or a tracking number. I did some digging to find their phone number and called them. They could not tell me when the part would ship, so I cancelled the order. Here's their contact information:
