"If it's too good to be true, it probably is. I wish I had remembered that when I ordered a scanner motor for my HP Officejet Pro. The motor was listed for 10.00 plus shipping. Usally scanner motors go for 50 to 100 dollars. Of course it was the wrong part number and part. It is not worth returning. That is a pretty good scam. Ten dollars times how many thosands of people and all they do is send out obsolete parts. Stay away from these people under all circumstances!"
"I have the same story but maybe as we write these reviews people will stay away from this website! I ordered a part and they shipped the incorrect part. I filled out their return slip and sent it back and received delivery confirmation. I've yet to receive the part or a credit to my card. I've sent several emails with no response. There is no phone number to call. I guess that says a lot!!"

"I ordered a communication board for my HP LaserJet 3055. The part arrived promptly in few days but it was wrong part. Partshere.com has no telephone number in contact information and the phone number that shows up in the credit card statement is a bogus one.
I obtained an RMA number on their website and shipped the part back. Since then I have not heard from the Partshere.com. It’s been over two weeks since they received my shipment, but my order was not updated; my several e-mails to sales are unanswered and in meantime my printer is broken.
Horrible service, bad company. I will never order from them again and tell all my friends to stay away from this website.

"I did not check with Reseller Ratings until after I had placed an order with this merchant. I placed an order on 2-18-08 for (2) paper pickup solenoids for an HP LaserJet 6L printer. I went with this company as they had the best internet price I could find.
They only offered 2 shipping options, UPS Ground and 2nd Day. I chose the latter option as I had a printer out of service. The following day order showed to be confirmed and shipped but no tracking number was available. I emailed the company for a tracking number 3 times but got no response. I also attempted to call them but only got an answering service.
I then came to this site to check their history and noticed they had a lot of negative reviews. I began to get a bad feeling about this transaction.
I checked the website on the third day and noticed a UPS tracking number was posted with my order. I tracked the package until it's arrival on 2-22-08. The order was exactly as I had placed it and was well packaged.
After reading some of the horror stories here I must be the minority of those who have used this supplier. Although there was a lack of communication via email or telephone my order arrived intact but I'm skeptical about using them again."
"BAD NEWS ABOUT THIS ONE!! I went with Partshere because they had the lowest price. They took my money, sent the WRONG part, then refused to answer repeated emails and phone calls (I found a number on the web). I am trying to locate a FRAUD office in California in order to request that they investigate these people to see if this is mere incompetence or outright criminal behavior. AVOID PARTSHERE - NOT A TRUSTWORTHY SUPPLIER."

Like others, I too wish I'd read these comments before foolishly wasting my time with this sleezeball company. (Notice a pattern in most of the other comments??!!) I got suckered in by some nice prices for some OEM toner, placed my order and gave em my boss's credit card.
Then, couple of days later, I got this intelligently worded message:
"Order Status: Cancel
Order Notes: Our apologies, your order has been canceled - our inventory has been updated: your item discription, pricing, or status has change."
I think any company that's doing business on-line and DOES NOT make a phone number readily available should make one wonder......???? Of course I've gotten no response to phone/fax/emails.... I'm starting to think this is some crack-pot in a cubicle with a computer...."
"Showed item in stock but only shipping options were UPS ground or UPS 2nd Air. Sent an E-mail message about shipping options because I needed the part the next day but the message wasn't answered. Ordered the part anyway and continued to receive no communication. Called--no answer and no voicemail. Got two responses later that said the part was on backorder. "ETA for delivery of this item is at least 10days." Nice. I was also told I can login and cancel the order which I of course will. The same part they were going to charge me $221 for I already have on backorder directly from HP for only $60. I'm sure they're waiting to get some from HP as well. "

"I made two different orders one of them was shippped very fast and in perfect condition. The other order I still have not received it and it has been almost 3 weeks. I have dialed the phone number that was previously posted by a user at this forum but I only get an answering machine, I have sent emails... And guess what? STILL NO ANSWER!! I Cannot recommend this site for its lack of reliability. And if you buy form them... GOOD LUCK, I hope you gt your order someday. And I hope I get mine one of this days. Acustomer is giving me a hard time because of them, they could just tell me that the product is in back order or something."

"Ordered this part June 15th. Was given an automated response that it shipped. Card was charged June 19th. It's the 25th and still no part. No contact info on their website (thanks above for the info!) and nobody seems to respond to e-mail, either. The state of California has no info on partshere.com nor toner2print.com (their sister site) and it's just disturbing how these folks seem to do business. Buyer beware!"
