"I’m extremely disappointed.
I ordered a part around 10 AM Thursday, and paid a pretty penny for overnight air delivery, specifically because your website indicated you had it in stock and could do overnight delivery.
According to UPS, the part is not due to arrive until noon on Monday.
If I’d known it was going to take four days, I would have purchased it elsewhere (or at least not paid a premium for overnight air delivery).
This is not the first time I’ve done business with your firm, but I’m not likely to do so in the future.

"A teriffic company you do business with. They went so far as to ask for my model number after I had already ordered the parts, just to make certain the parts were correctly ordered. Once ordered, and confirmed, the parts came to me quickly. We were only down for a short while. I will definitely use Parts 4 Heating again."
