"I ordered parts for several boilers that use the same igniter, and then they requested data plate info for the boilers after I placed the order. This is a waste of time but I provided what they asked for. I followed up a week later and the parts still hadn't shipped. Sad. If they are having a hard time with people returning parts because they are ordering the wrong parts they should charge a restock fee and not punish contractors who know what they need with slow shipping and processing time. "
