Only gripe was I ordered a valve and it came with none of the rubber pieces to install it with a proper seal. My plumber ended up having to go to the hardware store. Probably more of a problem with the PART than with P4H."

"I ordered my NTI boiler part easy enough. My credit card was charged. Next morning I get an email that the part is backordered for 3 weeks, and if that was Ok? No, it wasn't. The Checkout process didn't show the part backordered. Also, during checkout I completed the "Additional Information" section so Parts4Heat could verify if I had the right part (I did), but nothing happened after the final button was pushed. Order was placed anyways. I placed a second order and did not complete the "Additional Information" section. That order was also placed on my CC despite the follow-up email after-the-fact requesting the information. Two orders placed, part not available in the first place, fortunately they answered my emails so that I could have my CC credited back on both orders, told them I would go find the part somewhere else. Two things to remedy this mess that cost everybody time: 1) Checkout should show inventory status (in stock, or not), and 2) the checkout process should not let an order be placed until "Additional Information" is provided. Fix those two things please for future customers."
