It took quite some time with shipping and staffing delays over holidays to establish with manufacturer that it wasn't compatible, so we needed to return a few days past return window. Despite this, PartsDr was inflexible and would not allow the return, and was quite rude and unhelpful along the way. Even the devil Amazon is better - their holiday return window extends to 1-31."
