Wrong Parts - Bad Customer Service from Philipines

"They don't send you the right part. Then they tell you you will get a refund. Then they tell you that you have to return the part and pay shipping and you got rid of the part because they already told you they would refund the part.

Then spend 35 hours talking to some woman in the Phillipines that doesn't want to help you and can't speak english clearly. Not a good place to get parts from and you have better things to do than wait for the wrong parts.
On top of that the person on the online chat found the correct part which is still not fixed on their website and you order that part. Guess what. 3 days later they decide to tell you they don't have that part in stock either.

Well matched

"Had to replace a taillight on my wife’s Tundra. The truck is less than a year old and I was concerned that an after market replacement wouldn’t look right. I was very surprised. You can’t tell the difference in lense color between the original light and the replacement light. The mounts and screws lined up perfect. The only thing that I can see is that the gap between the top of the light and the body is a little bigger with the replacement. Unless you knew it was a replacement, I don’t think you could tell the difference. Very happy with it for only $100."

Great Customer Satisfaction, But Parts Damaged

"The price was the best i could find and the website was easy to navigate, but when i received the package, my tailgate was damaged so i called right away. Customer support was courteous and extremely helpful and they sent me a replacement part that same day, but when i received the replacement it was damaged too and in the same place! The packaging was exactly the same and did not appear to be damaged, but upon opening the box i found that multiple of the corners were bent, there were several dents, and the paint was ground off in some places, clearly affecting the claim of weatherproof finish. "

Screwed On Core Charge

"Ordered and received a replacement brake booster. Arrive no problem, though thought it was overpacked for a part that has minimal moving parts and basically is built to take a beating. Had to contact Parts Train three times to get the RMA information so I could send the core back and get my core charge back. After finally getting it, turns out YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP YOUR CORE! My core charge is $31.84. The instructions EXPLICITLY SAY to return the core in the original parts box AND shipping box. Judging by the outrageous size of the shipping box and the weight of this thing, I'm losing money! I have used online parts shops for some time like Rock Auto and others and not only do they NOT charge me to ship my core back, they even include the shipping label, etc. to return the core WITH THE NEW PART ORDER!

Needless to say, will absolutely NOT use this firm again!

2013 GMC Tail Gate

"The first tailgate I ordered with the guidance of the online rep. was the wrong one. The return went very well, was actually easy. A second tail gate was ordered, and was the correct one! The only thing is that the second one had the Packing List holder open with no packing list in it. The second tail gate also had 2 small dents in it, the packaging didn't seem to be that damaged that there would be dents in the metal, but they were there.
I will try to touch bases with Parts Train within the next few days to see what they want me to do with the dents. The second tail gate fits perfectly

Fed Up with Fed Ex

"The one star has nothing to do with the product. Fed Ex trucks packages to Boise and then takes them to the Post Office. (about 35 miles from my home. It adds 4 days to the delivery. Mean while I see other fedx trucks drive by my house. UPS comes to my door. X out Fed X."
