"I received my part far earlier than i expected and it was precisely what I ordered, sadly it turned out not to work for what I needed but it was my own mistake and not theirs. Overall very satisfied."
" So, I bought a radiator and upon getting the radiator in the mail it was noticed at that point that it was inferior made material. It was very soft aluminum made bent on delivery but I decided it was a new radiator so I decided to try it out in my new car. I installed the radiator and it was leaking. Long story short I took out the new radiator that was leaking that I just put in that I just ordered and that was just delivered to me and I replace it with another radiator. "

"Shipping 1/10:
The shipping time was good. Shipping company left the package beat up in the middle of our front yard and the top of the box was open. Upon removing the item noticed that the hood was dented. I assumed the dent occurred during shipping/delivery, not from Parts Train.
Customer Support 10/10:
Contacted Parts Train customer support regarding damaged hood. Long story short, June (rep) awesome. On and off phone within 20 minutes from call to finish. Processed refund due to her informing me that despite what Parts Train website said, she felt "99.9% confident the hood will not fit." I appreciated her honesty and headache she saved me by not shipping out another hood that would not fit my vehicle as they did not have one in stock despite what the website said. I have to wait for the money to be refunded before I order another hood from another website so that kinda vacuums but you know mistakes happen and they dealt with it and June was awesome and called me back TWICE to confirm that money was being refunded and to apologize. I can accept mistakes, I make them too. I appreciated Parts Train's customer service more than anything regarding the experience. "
