"Ordered a OEM Honda part on Tuesday morning, it arrived at my house by the time i got home from work on Wednesday. The part had a small paint issue to no fault of Partzilla. Thursday morning i called and explained the issue to customer service (George). He had another on shipped out to me that same morning and emailed a return label. Will buy all my parts from them from now on. "

1983 Yamaha Venture Royale XVZ1200
"Just rebuilt my front fork using OEM Yamaha parts. Thanks Partzilla! Replaced dust covers, seals, slides, pistons, fork cap orings, damper orings and 10 wt. Yamalube shock oil. All parts diagrams online did not show a Front Fork Piston for a 1983 but do show for a 1984. Part # 3JJ-23171-00-00. I ordered them anyway knowing I could return them. Glad I did. After measuring with a micrometer, they are the same as what was in there. Don't know why Yamaha forgot to show this part for a 1983. Anyway, all the parts were perfect! Bike is back together and rides great. Thanks Partzilla!!!"
