"I was on a bike tour this weekend away form home and I had a breakdown and needed parts. I called up Partzilla and they helped me get the right parts and sent them overnight to me. Yamaha golf cart t.c.i unit
"Early this year I ordered a JN6-85640 T.C.I. unit for my 95 yamaha G16 golf cart.. 3 months later it went out.. they gladly warrantied the part and sent me another....3 months later this one went bad.. they were hesitant to warranty this one saying it's something else with my cart..long story short they sent me another and my cart is running fine once again...thank you partzilla... but i think there is an issue with this particular yamaha part"

"Ordered a couple of small parts for my 1983 Honda FT500 Ascot. Partzilla had the parts in stock and I had them in less than a weeks time. If, however, Partzilla DOESN'T have the parts in stock wait times can be MUCH longer!! I just hit it lucky and they had the parts in stock."

"Another great job with service!
With cellphones the way they are, I had a hard time finishing my order. I hung up and completed the order online only to have both orders canceled. When I called in again after a week.
