Before delivery, had them commit to issuing a return label because I was able to find a vendor who would provide next day delivery on the same part.
Once the product did arrive, many days late, I used the pre-arranged return label.
Once the product was returned to the 3rd party vendor, I received a refund for less than what I originally paid. Refund should have been for the total out of pocket cost of doing business with partzilla.com, which actually cost me more than just the cost of the part if you con"
"I love your pricing, & the shipping costs are reasonable , but why list on there that the parts usually ship in 2-3 days, just to turn around 2 days later and say that they’re on back order and many don’t have any fill date? If the parts are on back order, update your parts inventory accordingly! You’ve got our money, but we don’t have any parts! How about only take the money for the parts you have, & not the ones you don’t. "
