"This is the 2nd time I tried to order. The first time there was a language barrier, which was very frustrating."
"You have a really bad search algorithm. It doesn't find what I am searching for in about 80-90%. For example I saw a T shirt with 'I make cute babies' on it and tried to find it using your search button. When I put 'I make cute babies' it does not find the shirt.
You need to improve your search by writing on the shirt option. So people that are searching 'mama' can find not only matching outfits, but also outfits that have the word 'mama' on them. That way a person can see all outfits that have 'mama' words in them."
"I have had 700 pat points.. I redeemed 500 points (equivalent to $5 off on a purchase of $50 or more). I tried to order for $50.90 but the voucher was not applied :(. I would like to know if these 500 points can now be reversed or redeemed."
