"The website said that everything site wide was 40%. Everything was reduced and once you clicked on it, it simply said that it was limited to 4 per customer. Logically, since this wasn't stated anywhere else, one would beleive this meant that there was a limit of 4 of that specific item per customer- not 4 items limited to 40% which ended up being the reality. We only found this out the hard way after having to utilise the chat function. What is even more upsetting is that you couldn't even manually choose the items that were 40%- it was done automatically. In the end, I wanted the 40% on the more expensive items so that that meant was that I simply deleted most of the others and didn't end up purchasing those smaller items. Not sure if this was the best strategy. "
