"I purchased a $200.00 bedding set because the ad said Free Shipping and No Restocking Fees. It didn't work out so imagine my surprise when I learned that the Free Shipping only applies if you keep the item! Not only did I have to pay over $80.00 to ship the item back but I was charged $25.00 retroactively to cover the original shipping cost to me! I called to ask if the company could work something out with me (like offer me a pre-paid shipping label that I would pay but at their pricing - $25.00 - but they said NO.) I will never recommend, nor shop nor do anything other than warn consumers about this shady company with shady business practices."

When I looked at my refund they deducted the price it cost them to ship it to me originally. I guess free shipping means nothing. Lost $190 altogether. would never use this company again"
"Well I was shopping on a Macy's site and then Paul's home fashion popped with the same thing but half the price. So I ordered the whole complete bed set. When I got my items and as soon as I opened the boxes I knew that it was wrong. The color was 10 shades darker then what was advertised. So I get a hold of the company and tell me to ship the stuff back at my expense. Which was $151.10.
To add insult to injury they charged me another $89 for them shipping it to me. All because they advertised colors they didn't have. I didn't even remove the items from their packaging. Please save your money and time. Just shop at Macy's. "
"After ordering from Paul’s, I found the comforter at half price. I didn’t cancel the order because I figured it was already being shipped. WRONG!! I came A LOT later than expected. It didn’t work out and I have to send it back. I have to pay to ship it back AND they are going to deduct the ‘FREE SHIPPING’ I received when I purchased it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will find it cheaper elsewhere with better customer service. "

"I have just finished hanging the Antique Chic Draperies! They look fabulous! The back story of this order was that when I ordered them for my friend who had lost everything in the Camp Fire, I inadvertently left the shipping address as his Paradise address. I only realized this after the items had shipped... UPS couldn't care less, so I called Laura at Paul's Home Fashions. When I mentioned that these curtains were headed to an address that no longer existed, in a ton that had been burned to the ground, she snapped into action, and got the packages diverted for me. Thank you, Laura for your compassion!!!"
"This was my first time shopping at Paul’s Home Furnishings. I had ordered 6 lace panels to use as toppers in my large living room windows. The delivery was quick, but one panel was missing. I called the number listed and spoke with Paul. He asked that I double check which I had. He said he was disappointed and surprised, but said he would make sure the missing panel would be shipped ASAP. (I followed up with Laura, and she assured me the error was taken care of.) Within 2 days of my first phone call, my missing panel was delivered!! The quality of the product is excellent! My windows look fabulous! Thank you Paul & Laura for your excellent customer service! I look forward to doing more shopping at Paul’s Home Furnishings."
"First and last order. Placed an order, received confirmation email. All went downhill from there, portions of the order vanished, 3 days of 17 back-n-forth emails provided no remedy. I was sent a link for a PDF form to return item(s) when infact I had not received anything. They were unable to respond regarding an order item (they claim I never ordered) even after I sent them back their own confirmation email twice. After 6 days I moved on placing a similar order with JC Penney. First impressions and all I'll not try Paul's H F again."
"Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your home fashion needs. This company's return process is horrid- still waiting on my money back and don't ever expect to get it. I ordered 2 items and only 1 arrived in my package- there was no paperwork accompanying the item or any explanation of the missing item. When I called I was told the second item was on backorder until the next month. However, they charged me for both items. I have NEVER had a mail order company charge me for an item that was on backorder. Still haven't received the item and all I'm getting is a run around every time I call. "
