I ordered a bedspread and shams on December 13th for my Mother in law for Christmas. My account kept showing item was processing so I called customer service and they told me the item had just arrived in New York and the item would be shipped out that day with tracking information. The customer service lady Nancy told me that I won't receive my gift until after New Years and that they couldn't do anything for me because it would be too expensive to overnight it but she could cut out a picture and mail it to my Mother in law so at least she could get something for Christmas!
I got a call today from Nancy that the item never arrived in New York and it would be another 30 days!! They didn't give me any options or try to work with me other than a refund which doesn't help when it is 2 DAYS from Christmas!
Safe to say I will NEVER order from this company again! BEWARE!"

"BEWARE before you buy any bedding from Pauls Home Fashions. I recently bought a twin quilt and sham from them which cost $124.98. They advertised free shipping on orders over $100.00. When I received the quilt I realized the colors did not quite match my room. I paid $14.86 to ship it back. Pauls home fashions deducted $16.00 from my initial payment for shipping it to me and an additional $12.00 which they said was a handling fee. All in all, I spent $45.00 for a quilt that I returned. I contacted Lindsay in customer service but she stated the return policy is listed on the website but made no mention of the $12.00 handling fee. I was willing to pay the shipping fees but the additional $12.00 was completely unfair."
