"Ordered 1 set of drapes (Thermalogic) and one tie up grommet top curtain. Was sent the wrong size for the Tie up and the panel drapes were inferior quality as you could see imperfections in the thermal backing when hung. Paul's charged me $20 for shipping as I was TWO CENTS under their minimum for free shipping. Have been informed the will refund less the original shipping and a 10% handling fee. Simply outrageous and a ripoff."
