"It took 8 weeks for one part of my order and I still haven't received another part of my order 12 weeks later. Also, I wear a Men's 11 and the shoes were more like a women's 10. No, they are not women's shoes. I guess I'll just eat my bowl of crap and move on from them."
"Ordered THREE pairs of shoes - was told to expect delivery within 30 days. SIX WEEKS later and a half dozen e-mails with no response, still no shoes. Paid through Pay-Pal and filed a grievance. I was refunded 30% of my money, and a "tracking number" was supplied to pay-pal (not to me) which indicated the order was fulfilled (I received NOTHING from PEARLFEET - Z E R O).
Would never - EVER give this company another DIME of my money.
Consider yourselves warned....this is a freakin SCAM out of CHINA that purports to be out of the UK."

"I never order anything without reading reviews, except this time. It was Christmas and my son wanted a specific backpack and I wanted to get us both boots. Pearlfeet had both. We received the two shoes and backpack (finally). The shoes are of poor quality. The backpack was one of those that has the charging port on it. The charging port came out. I went back and forth with Pearlfeet via email (on occasion they chose not to respond to my requests for help) trying to get them to return my money. They asked for pictures, videos, statements, etc. I gave all of that to them each time they asked. Finally, they decided to start over asking for the same stuff! Are you kidding me? They're the worst! Stick with Amazon, Target, and Walmart, Kids! :-)"

"All shoes shown were very fashionable and stylish..So I bought a pair. Arrived in reasonable time I looked them over and thought they looked very cheaply made (polyurethane material) but decided to wear them yesterday when shopping with son.. Wore for 3 hrs...after an hr of wearing the shoe material on top started stretching so I was walking very sloppy.. feet started hurting after one hr.. got home took off shoes and lining came out of both shoes.. When I first contacted the customer service about the issue, their reply was prompt and I was told they would get in touch with the seller and contact me back soon but since then I have not heard anything from them.
