The answers I got: "We sent the size you ordered" (not true); "customer should pay the return postage"; "keep them and we'll send you a 20% off coupon"; and finally - "can't you just keep the shoes and give them to SOMEONE?!!!!" And so far, with my continuous request for refund, they are now repeatedly asking for my order number!!! This is a horrible company - DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!"

"I bought a pair of boots that were too small. When I emailed customer service, after 2 attempts, i received a response first saying i should have ordered a bigger size. Then telling me i would need to return them to China which would cost me a lot of money. I then contacted the owner? contact person in UK who never responded. What did happen is i received a 2nd pair of boots identical to the first from a CA warehouse except there was a letter on it and other info on the boot. One seemed legitimate, and perhaps the first pair are black market? Neither fit and i lost money too. Awful! They advertise on Facebook."
