"Good customer service when I had questions about ordering, but TERRIBLE customer service when I needed help returning shoes that were too large. After one initial reply asking for more information, after 4 more emails to them they never replied to my request for a return shipping label. I had to return the shoes at a cost of $13 to me. I will never buy from them again!"
"honestly i recieved the shoes that was ordered i like the style of their shoes. you are lucky if you got the right size but recieved wrong size, very very very poor customer service and very very very poor replies when requested for a replacement. didn't received one my other orders too and they said they'll do a full refund but not. highly not recommended. "
"I have ordered twice from this company.
Both times, I have received the right size and great shoes.
It does take a few weeks to receive them but it is well worth the wait.
The boots and shoes I ordered are very comfortable and are true to size.
They do have a chemical smell but it goes away or you can spray it with Febreeze.
Pearlzone is my new favorite online shoe store and with all their sales and free shipping, I will continue ordering from them.

"I placed an order for boots for my mom as a gift over a month ago. After going back and forth and finally receiving tracking information, the boots were supposed to arrive yesterday. I then went to check on the package again and it had an alert stating it was being sent back to the sender because it had an incomplete address. I have read reviews where this has happened to a lot of people but didn’t think it would happen to me since I have my email confirmation that clearly shows my address and my name. This company does not care about its customers. You cannot reach anyone by phone because they have no numbers listed, only an email address. Every time I emailed them, I would either get no response or just a simple response that they have received my email and will look into it. Never shopping here again! Beware of this company!! "
"Takes about 5 weeks for your product to arrive in your city. That's as far as it will go as it will be marked insufficient address and returned. Pearlzone (China) fails to include a street address. You will have to intercept your package at the post office before it is returned. Check your tracking info daily. I did get feedback from both emails I sent, telling me to pay attention to tracking details, to check with post office, and "very apology for inconvenience." Got the boots. Daughter likes them well enough."

"I ordered these shoes a month ago. Got a notice from the post office yesterday that the package had to be sent back because it was undeliverable. I went to the post office to find out why and was told that the package was sent with the city and state only, no name or street address of who to deliver it to. Company keeps sending me emails telling me to go to the post office and pick it up even though I've told them it is enroute back to China and I have no way of intercepting it."
"DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. BUY ELSEWHERE. I ordered two pair of shoes and the one pair was not what I had expected in style and did not fit. Both pair were ordered as size 12 but the one pair is definitely bigger. And I asked to exchange them. But I have to pay the return postage to China which amounts to the cost of the shoes. After a few emails back an forth they offer me 15 % off my next purchase. I don’t think so.

"Terrible company! I purchased sneaker boots and immediately had second thoughts. So, I went back to their website which said that as long as you cancel via an email link before the item is shipped, you can get a full refund. So I did. I got no response. I sent 2 more emails with no response until 2 weeks later I got an email saying my order was shipped! So I sent a response to that email with no answer again. When I sent another email demanding response, I got one saying to just send them back when I receive them. So, when I received them, I took them to the post office - it will cost me almost $30 (about what I paid for the shoes) to return them because I can't just "send" it back to China. I emailed them a final time and they said they would refund me after they got the shoes back. DO NOT do business with this company! "

I did order another pair and received them and I’m very happy with them, but would really like to receive the other pair I ordered in a size 8. I love the style of them. The tracking # worked immediatly after they withdrew the funds then became no record of my tracking #. I did not expect a slow boat from China nor on purchase does it say origin of product I feel they mislead you to believe it’s made in Europe."
