"The clearance area in the juniors section was way too packed and not enough room between the rows to shop and the clothes were cramped on the racks. It was hard to look through the clothes."

"I had a terrible time this time. The cashier was rude, she did not seem to know what she was doing. I had my autistic son with me and she caused him to go into a panic. There are never enough cashiers open. Usually there is only one cashier. I was in a lot of pain after ungoing knee surgery and went to pick some things up with my disabled son very quickly. One line was open and there were 7 people in line. cashier called several times for someone to open finally a lady name Carolyn opened and said she would take some people there. I waited to see if anyone was going to go, no one stepped out of line so I did. a person in line got snotty because I went the cashier then became rude to me. I said the other person should have stepped into her line if she wanted to no one stopped the other patron from going to the open line. The cashier was snotty then thru the entire purchase. I tried to pay with a payee checking acct that I have for my disabled son. Cashier tried to tell me I couldn't because she could not get check to go thru she finally figured out with the help of a manager how to do her job never apologized that she made the error, put my son into a tizzy because she was acting very judgemental. It was a horrible experience and we will probably never go there again. I have never been treated this way there before."
