"I normally have a good experience shopping at thus store but not 2day... they would not allow an exchange if a product tgat I had been told at earlier visit a week ago that I could if product did not work.. I have had surgery on my eyes & am very sensitive 2 beauty products... they were out of the mascara on the original visit & I agreed 2 try another product but could not stand 2 wear it.. associarebthere eoukdnot allow me 2 exchange because it was technically s different product ... why would I exchange for another of the same product I cannot wear?????"
"I submitted a review just minutes ago .. very dissatisfied.. upon thinking about it I called the store manager & explained what had happened.. she fixed the problem & graciously allowed me 2 exchange for a different mascara.. I was very pleased.. I don’t usually make a fuss about something like that but the more I thought about it the angrier I got.. I also work in a store & I kno wat I need 2 do in a situation like that & coukdnt believe they were going 2 let me walk away without my product.. thank you very much for taking care of that .. I appreciate it and will return to the store again for purchases in the future!"

Was going to Bardstown for another matter and remembered a previous visit to Peebles that was successful. Ended up finding 2 tops and another bottom! Can you say happy?! "This was my first visit, it was during the week and around noon. There were only 2 associates that I could see and only 2 cash registers working...there were quite a few people waiting to check out, one lady told us to go to another register because she was doing a return and taking care of the customers bill and receipt error, so we went to the other register and she was out looking for a certain shirt because there was no price tag on it, the customer said she had been looking for about 10 minutes....I personally waited about 15 minutes to check out with 2 pairs of jeans. Then the sales associate told me when my transaction was done...glad you were ale yo come see me today Who says that? Anyway you need more different styles of misses tops and more employees"

"store always very clean appearance. associates to limited with time, but I don't like being bothered while shopping. One of the biggest reasons I ship in store is I want something quickly, otherwise, I'm a web shoppers for everything, including household supplies. Plus I don't like to be followed around like in some stores. Most of the time when I go into these stores, I leave with nothing, because I don't like the annoyance of clerks watching me shop. I'm honest, don't take things and I like to feel free to shop with aggravation. I really like our local store, I always hit the clearance racks first. will be shopping again soon."

Knows the store well, always directs you to the right area, always friendly with a smile . Always cheerful.
