"It was a Peebles store. I needed a white blouse. Found one and the clerk noticed a spot on it . I had not noticed it even after trying it on. She tried to find another but was unsuccessful. She offered me a discount which I accepted. I was very pleased with her very pleasant attitude. Shelby was a delightful young lady."

"Not good. Very frustrated when I left the store. I was there on Thursday, try to make a purchase using coupons. Coupon wouldn't work they said because it was a doorbuster. Signage did not say doorbuster. Sales person said they hadn't put signs up yet. Did not make that purchase. Gave coupon to person in line behind me. Went back Saturday same thing happened again. I ask sales person before I went to register what you could use coupons on. She said anything that didn't say doorbuster, except 98 cents and name brand items. I asked about Christmas and she said it would be okay for coupons. Try to use it twice and they wouldn't take it because they said they were doorbuster. A lady in front of me was having the same problem. She got out of line for the cashier to check and had to wait awhile because the lines were long. I put items back both times and left the store."
"One clerk was rude and that can spoil the whole experience. She was very tan and snotty, pushed a cart riht through where we were standing and told me she forgot to change the sings, so none of the 3 different sales applied to the outfit we thought was 30% off."

"A little unsatisfactory. Most associates are not that friendly. Do not like a store atmosphere, where you are treated like you can't afford to shop in the store. Money does not make you better than someone else. Was told would receive the higher discount, but did not. Called store this a.m., and manager indicated they will not do this on Tuesday. Duh! Makes absolutely no sense. Senior on a very fixed budget, so shop mostly for needs. Was not a need but a want that I purchased, so having a to pay more than expected does not encourage me to shop at your store."
