"Generally, I like shopping here because it's not in the mall, easy parking and the sales are good. Today was the exception. I had to ask for at least 5 price checks on items that had no price tag nor were marked by a display sign. The associate seemed put out each time I asked. When I decided to check out, the associate at the register sent me to the beauty department because she had 2 people in her line. There were 2 associates in the beauty department and when I asked who could help me, one didn't even acknowledge my presence. The one who checked me out was breathing heavily and seemed as if she was going to pass out. She made it clear that 1. this department isn't really made for multiple item check out; 2. she was 7 months pregnant and 3. that she had been on her feet for 9 hours. While checking prices, she didn't know if/which items would be coupon eligible so when she totaled it, she sighed and huffed when I asked her to remove some of the items. Before leaving the store I reviewed my receipt as I always do and found that I had been charged twice for the same item. I almost didn't want to go back, but I did and it was a process she clearly was annoyed with. If I didn't always save a lot (this trip I spent $75 and saved $339) I would never patronize your company again."

"Besides it being pricey the store isn't that bad. Just need to drop the prices by 5 dollars on everything, it's would make a good difference and more customers that like smaller prices. You'd have a lot more customers wanting to come back cause it was worth it and cheap."
