"Easy free parking. Associate asked right away if I needed help. Very quick service and even though she didn’t normally work in cosmetics(I could tell she wasn’t too familiar with the products). She looked for what I needed right away."

"I had a $20 off of $20 Coupon that I received by text from playing the Big Red Christmas Trivia. In the store, I was careful when shopping to follow the rules for using the coupon, no spot on values, no doorbusters, etc... I found several things and tried them on. I made my decision and went to the cash register. My item was $28 but rang up as $19.99. I was told it was a doorbuster and I could not use my coupon. There was no sign displayed to say it was a doorbuster. After speaking to a manager about it, she admitted to the display not being set up properly and said that they were working on it but she was not willing to let me use my coupon on the merchandise. She told me is that I should go look at clearence merchandise and that I could use it on that. I did not want to take the time to pick out more things and try them on. I was unhappy that the signage was wrong and that the manager wasn't willing to give me the discount seeing how it was only a penny off. If she would have deducted the $20 from the $28 and I had to pay $8, I would have been happy with that. That is what I was expecting to pay. It was all very frustrating! Items need to be marked more clearly or coupons need to be made to use on any item in the store!!!!"

"i had high hopes for this store, it was a hot mess, I could not find prices on 95% percent of what i wanted. I ended up NOT buying stuff b/c no prices. There was sooo much debris and stuff all over the store. Two associated behind the counter chatting it up. I was very embarassed for the store that have team members like that representing this store"
