"well....I received a peebles gift card and I tried to redeem on 10/25/2017 with no avail. the associate stated she'd have to contact corporate in the morning and now it's 5 days later and I STILL have no word in regards to my gift card. I feel this is extremely unprofessional for a company that is geared to be customer friendly. I called the store again today and they STILL have not heard anything from corporate. I will never purchase a gift card from peebles!"

"Worst experience of my life. The clerk didn't pay attention when told her Id like to pay cash. She kept asking for my credit card and when I told her I was paying cash she gave an attitude. Also, she messed up with the bill. She said I guess I'll have to get my manger while rolling her eyes. The manger came but still messed up on the bill. She was nicer tho. Then this manger had to call her manger who fixed everything and apologized. However, she still didn't print a gift receipt which I asked for by all those clerks."

"I always like coming into the store. It is clean and the lay out is an easy flow through the store. One associate was not friendly. She wasn't knowledgeable about coupons, and didn't offer another client any resources for discounts. I told the client to check Peebles.com for coupons and she did and was able to make her purchase. We continued shopping after we made our first purchase & the other cashier was excellent, very friendly & knew of the sales & coupon offers."

"I bought a Clinique eyeliner. There was a five foot sign advertising the Clinique bonus. After she found my eyeliner, I asked how much more did I needed to purchase to qualify for the bonus. She told me it was over. There were several of the bonus bags visable. I told her about the sign still posted. She wouldn't honor the bonus despite having a sign up & several bags available."
