"I came to store to return my daughters xmas outfit she only wore once that came apart. The older lady was not very nice and got me a manager. Manager was very nice and overall helpful. The brand Rare Editions that u guys carry is poor quality and because I had not had a receipt she was only able to give back $9.62 on a $50 outfit. I purchased acouple more outfits and a bear my 4yr old wanted. Manager was absolutely wonderful. Just wish i would have got more back. Didnt think i would have needed my receipt."

"It is a great inconvenience when the Fremont store closes the fitting room at the rear of the store near the plus size fashions. Consequently, I make only 1 trip to the fitting room, then I am done. I refuse to run from the front of the store to the plus size section near the rear of the store."

"I was not happy about the wait time at checkout. I went to speak with a manager. I spoke with Christine she was helpful. I conveyed my frustration at the change in the register procedure. We ended up commiserating about the ability to hire keep help and while we were having our conversation the manager Jan Ross came over and was hostile. Mind you I was not having a hostile conversation with the assistant. She told me it was two days before Christmas and I would wait no matter where I went. She was nasty when she said it. I was really surprised a manager would react that way. Especially since I felt the assistant was taking care of my problem."
