"This store is crammed with clothing, very hard to find anything. The Plus, Petite, Ladies, and Juniors sections are hard to distingish, making it more difficult to shop. There is only one checkout, so don't be in a hurry, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. There are no associates to help on floor, so don't go expecting to get help. Home items are almost non existent. Not impressed, it's a shame, it's very near to my home."

"My friend & I were shopping at Peebles last week, and the sales Assoc. didn't seem to know what she was doing when she rung us up. She had a Manager help her, but she still didn't do what she told her to do, after the mgr. walked away. My friend had a problem with her Peebles credit card, that the assoc. said was not active, so she had to re-apply. I have not gotten any coupons since Christmas time, I had surgery then, so I wasn't out shopping, so I guess that's why I haven't gotten any coupons lately, my friend had them. My friend was going to let me use her $10.00 off coupon & the manager said it was ok, but then when she left & the assoc. rang my order up, she only gave me 20% off. I don't think she knew what she was doing. I love shopping at Peebles (even tho its about 30 minutes+ away from my house. I never have a problem, but I just think this assoc. needed a bit more training. I can always find just what I am looking for at the Fremont Ohio store, and I turned my friend onto it just last year. I wish we had one closer to us in Toledo, OH, we used to have Goody's / Peebles in Bowling Green OH, but it has since close, how sad, that was in a College town, they should have had lots of business. I hope more coupons come out soon! Thank you."

"After searching the store for somewhere to return an item (men's wear) and pay for others, I found an older woman in cosmetics who wasn't helping anyone. She was extremely cold and acted as if she was above assisting me. She mumbled when speaking to me and I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. I really do not appreciate having to search the store to pay for something. There is never anyone in the store who greets or asks me if I need assistance. This clerk who was working March 21 at 4:42 was particularly rude and disinterested in helping me. The receipt states her name was Carol."
