"I like shopping at Peebles because I know I can usually find at least some of what I'm looking for at a good price. I like looking through the Clearance racks but will also buy regular price items if they are something I need."

"Shoppers are left to browse the store without assistance or seeing any associates. There is usually one employee on the floor at a register. If a customer has questions or needs assistance they must hunt for an associate. Today, after hunting in all areas of the store for help I located an associate who was unfriendly and very clearly annoyed by my questions. Eventually, the associate needed to call an assistant manager for additional help about in/out of stock items I wanted to buy. The assistant manager was clearly annoyed with me asking questions as well. At one point both associates looked at each other and rolled their eyes as to say they both agreed that I was taking too much of their time. I was trying to purchase a few Clinique products and wanted information related to the different types of items and their use.To me a lot of cosmetic questions are not out of the ordinary especially since there are so many different products."

"Good experience today with discounts and coupons. Other times the coupon exclusions are frustrating. One thing to watch for is washing instructions. Often I see the perfect piece but I prefer not to buy hand wash items."

"What I like about Peebles is that it is conveniently located and I can always find something in the store that is practical and appealing. There are always sales and specials, and great pricing.
