"I was able to find items I wanted for gifts. I had several coupons which I used. The transaction went smoothly, however the machine which was to print out my cash reward ( for future purchases ) jammed and the clerk spent at least ten minutes ( maybe a little less) trying to get it to work. When the manager arrived, after being paged, she too could not get it to work. There were at least four customers waiting, and the clerk actually had to write out my cash reward and told me to bring my receipt when I used it in the future. Two things, the manager should have been more attentive to me and the customers waiting. It was a big sales day and it would have been the friendly thing to do. Also, an apology for the delay would have been more in keeping to this small town atmosphere. Gettysburg. Felt sorry for the clerk-- and others."
