"On this particular visit I was very dissatisfied with the level of service from your employees. Went to use a dressing room for my daughter (you don't have a children's fitting room) and the closest is the Fitting Room by the men's clothing, so we went in there. The associate that was working at the Men's counter left her customer and followed us in loudly saying Ma'am and said we weren't allowed to use that fitting room and we had to go to the other side of the store to use the Women's fitting room (Neither of which are marked). She was very LOUD and rude about it. After waiting in two lines for over 5 minutes to check out for one item, the cashier made what I thought was a statement You want to use the coupon which I had already stated at the beginning of the transaction and when I didn't respond to her question she was very hostile and rude and said She deserves to have an answer to her question! and Let me look around ... Yes I was talking to you... No one else is here! She was very unprofessional and nasty to me. I worked 14 years in the public for a company and would NEVER have gotten away with talking to a customer in this way. All that said - I have never had a problem with the associates at this store or the Seaford, DE location before this incident. Maybe it was just two people having a bad day, but not acceptable in my opinion. Thanks."

"There a three Peebles within 25-30 from me. I prefer one store over the other two, with the Rehoboth Beach store my least favorite. I visit the Seaford store the most. I was in Milford for this purchase. I must say that it has improved since I was in over a year ago. I did not walk through the whole store to view the home goods section, which was extremely poor the last time I visited. But, there needs to be more employees."
