"It was a great experience at this store. This store is about 20 miles away from me and I have one almost round the corner. I would go to this store then the one by me. The one by me is more snobbish. Whereas this one everyone is treated equal."
"I feel Peebles over the years has really gone down hill another customer in the store said to me what has happened with the merchandise in the store they need to get rid of all of it and start over. We need to get away from worry about a name brand and just get some reasonable price items in the store that the average shopper can afford and hire more associates instead of having the one register open and the one in cosmetics that associate so nicely directed me to Women's to check out instead of offering to ring me up, she was too busy talking and doing an hand massage for someone."

"I was able to locate only one employee working on the entire floor of the store. I was asked what did you want by the cashier. Not greeted, not thanked. The store appeared unkempt and messy. Hard to tell prices as many signs were missing. Opted for a gift card. Hoping my wife has better luck. Do not intend to return to this store."

"The associate that ended up checking me out was exceptional. Angie was her name. However prior to her helping me, I dealt with another associate who while I was waiting in line told me I would have to wait because she had to go somewhere else. The explanation was a bit rushed so I didn't fully understand. I asked her if this register was closed and was ignored by her. When I said excuse me ma'am? She responded with a very annoyed and rude WHAT!? I've already filed a complaint. But this store has a reputation for treating myself and other Hispanics poorly."

"The sales associate said nothing to me. Didn't greet me. Didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Nothing. I went to another register to check out but had a hard time finding another associate. I walked all the way around the store and came back to the same department. She still did not say anything to me. I had to ask her if she could check me out. They only thing she really asked me is if I wanted a Peebles charge card. I came in the store looking fir one specific item and was not satisfied with the selection. I only found one article of clothing to meet my needs."

"Bit long on survey, but not terribly so. Very surprised that it did not list Wife but had Husband as option for Who were you shopping for?. Most questions were fairly written - not too leading (but there were a couple). The number of expanding sections was slight 'downer' since they added unexpectedly to the length."
