"We travel an hour to come here. Sometimes I need a reward extended. The stage rewards customer care is deplorable, and untimely. Taylor at Mt. Vernon however is a rockstar in my book. If only you could clone her. I feel the location will only improve with her onboard. Her enthusiasm was definitely contagious, and it won’t be long until the others have that pep in their step too. I have three more receipts, and I’d like to think I’ll take the time to submit the survey and sing Taylor more praise. However realistically, this isn’t a user friendly format from a phone. I’m not sure I have it in me."

"Love this store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I watched a rude woman be awful to two of the girls and then the store manager who was so professional while dealing with her. I was impressed with her composure. A true professional."
"I normally love this store and recommend it all the time. However, this last experience was terrible at checkout. I witnessed the young girl at the cash register, blow her nose into a kleenex, look at it, blow it again and then stuff the kleenex into her pocket, never washing her hands or using sanitizer. It was disgusting. I then went to another register. She was young, and probably doesn't know any better, but it was terrible. Talk about discouraging someone to shop at your store. The employees should be taught that this is not acceptable to do."
