"Overall very good. However, I feel the employee morale needs to be uplifted. There were 4 employees I saw today. 2 of them were happy, the other two just seemed negative. They need to be reminded that people base their opinions on their experiences on how they were feeling while they were there. A smile and a warm friendly greeting and maybe even offering a handshake to introduce themselves would really set the tone for the overall feeling. Disney has the best customer service programs. Maybe this could be passed along to the employees."
"Peebles has a nice selection of national brands but the regular prices are too high. I purchase only items that are on sale. The employees were not very friendly and didn’t seem to know about some of the sale pricing. The customer in front of the line had a very large number of items. There were two other employees behind the counter but neither offered to help with checkout."
