"I had two relatively minor snags with my Peek experience. My confirmation/ticket got caught in my spam filter, which proved problematic since I was flying out the next morning and had to scramble to find a way to print the ticket before I left. I had called earlier in the day but didn't receive a call back until almost 9 hours later.
Secondly, when I presented my voucher to board the Old Town Trolley because it didn't mention Old Town Trolley on the voucher, I was forced to go to the main stop to board so the voucher could be verified. Even at the main stop, the attendant said he'd never seen that particular voucher before but finally allowed us to board."

"The website is excellent but the execution is lacking. I booked a whale tour on a Sunday for Monday morning admittedly and right at the end a message came that you are still trying to get the booking. I did not hear back by the time the booking was requested (10 am) so I walked to the harbor and got the tour from the ticket desk at the appointed time."
