"Gaye & Anthony were great tour guides. Kept us interested and amazed with the info and made us laugh. Anthony incorporated music that went with the tour which was really nice. More shopping tips and eatery suggestions would be nice. Also when signing-up you should recommend to your customers of the free walking tours & times. We missed the china Town tour and was bummed to know that it was only available at 11am."

"Havana Beach Tour: The highlight of our trip & not even the reason we went to Miami. Grace was an awesome guide (knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, pleasant) and gave us recommendations & tips for later (we ended up revisiting the artist & he even made us a complimentary café Cubano!) She stayed after the tour for all participants in case they wanted suggestions for the rest of their trip. I learned way more than I thought I would about Little Havana's culture and had fun the whole way through. Very well organized and timed. Highly recommend taking this particular food tour.
Mangos Dinner & Show: Unorganized & disappointing (the staff had no idea about our reservation). We understood that we would be responsible for any alcoholic drinks we purchased, but when we received our bill, we were completely caught off guard. Not only were we charged for each water (it was Voss bottled water & not only were we not told there was a fee, we had no idea we weren't getting tap water), we were charged tax on all food items purchased. Any person has free entrance before 10 PM & can see the show so buying this package didn't really make sense; in the end, we literally only saved $5 by purchasing via Peek as opposed to just having walked in. Lackluster performances also didn't add to it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this package whatsoever. "

"All of the information on the ticket was inaccurate. On it, it was stated that there were 2 pick up locations. We went to the one closest to us and found out there was no such pick up. We had to walk over 30 minutes to get there. Secondly, the ticket said that departure didn't begin until 11:00am and only departed every 90 minutes. Thus information too was inaccurate. Get your info up to date if you want people to use your service again."

"Confirmation to the opera booking was last minute that we had to re-arrange some of our plans to accommodate once it came in. Opportunity to choose seats was not there but it was pretty close to the stage, just not in the center. Overall service could've been better but I would try it again."
