"I ordered annick goutal 'gardenia passion'.but they sent me 'passion'. they have a similar name but they are totally deferent items. so, I told them to change the wrong item to the wright one, but they said they don't pay to me sending fee. Why I have to pay the cost to get a wrong item? I couldn't get it . But, they didn't listen to my insists anything, they seemed to be used to attend customers who are complaining to them. Meanwhile, I researched how much the cost to send it back, unfortunately, fragrance is a dangerous substances item, it cost more than product,,, I didn't have anything about it at all. at least, I hope this item is real annick goutal 'passion'（actually I already have a original one.) then smelled it,,,, sit!! it’s a totally fraud! not a original one. slightly smelled original fragrant, but very very weak and cheap , its like they watered it down by some liquid,,, Does someone know how to sue them. When you go to cancel your order because it's been a week and they have not shipped it, you get an email 5 minutes later saying it's shipped, BUT NEVER GET A TRACKING NUMBER!! "SCAM PRODUCTS.
PLEASE, SAVE YOU MONEY... PLEASE!!! I have been using a particular fragrance for 30 plus years and I know the scent and how long it should last through the day on me, but it smelt like vinegar. Don't try to call them, the result is like spitting into a fan, you don't want that. After opening the other two products I purchased, there was an obvious lack of aroma. After numerous emails, I finally received an okay to return the one product I opened first was approved. I should have opened them all, but that was my mistake. Regardless. I was told how to look up the codes on the bottles to check the production dates and boy was that a disappointment. Both had a "NO LISTING OF THAT PRODUCT". Just to make sure what I did was correct, I tried a fragrance I had purchase in a department store and guess what...I did it correctly because it showed the production date. PLEASE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
As of this writing, I have only received automated responses after their approval to return item which was more then two weeks ago. Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! go to department stores.
