"Placed my order Nov 30. Received it promptly. Item was defective so I had to send it back. Had to fight with them to send a prepaid label to return it. I returned it immediately and have yet to see my refund. All messages ( 5 to Jordan Garcia and multiple others to customer assistance ) go unanswered and phone calls to them they always say they will check into it and call me back ( and never do ). I even have them another shot before this refund mess as I went to purchase another item the day after I placed this order. They were 80 dollars higher on price than what everyone else was selling it for, so I asked if they could match guitar center, musicians friend,zzounds price. He said he would have to check with his manager and let me know. Never heard back from him that day so I called him the next day, he said he was "still waiting on his manager" and said he would call me, and never did, so I bought it elsewhere. Now seeing the mess I am in for my refund, I am glad he never called me back ! Looks like I will have to open a PayPal case to get me refund cause these guys seem shady. Wish I would have seen the reviews here first before purchasing through them"
"I don't even know if this place is really even a STORE !! I placed 2 seperate orders the same day almost 3 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING. If you try calling you can't speak to anyone and they ask you to send an email, and when you do THAT, THEY NEVER ANSWER !! I have sent 3 emails and all have gone unanswered !! I never received any tracking numbers , but they DID charge me immediately for my orders ! I would stay away from this site and store in my opinion based on my experience with them of zero communication, no response at all on my emails and not shipping out my items , BUT CHARGING ME FOR THEM ... BUYER BEWARE IN MY OPINION"
"Ordered and immediately after placing the order, I received a tracking number and email stating I will receive it in 2-10 days. 5 days went by and the tracking never showed any progress, just said LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM ... I emailed and they assured me it shipped and it will update.. 2 more days went by and the tracking number showed it had still not yet been picked up... They stated that they apologize and assured me it shipped...17 days later and it STILL shows LABEL CREATED, USPS AWAITING ITEM..I tried contacting them and they won't respond. I opened a PayPal case for ITEM NOT RECEIVED and they refunded my money. It all looked legit because of all the good reviews on Facebook, but obviously that was a mistake on my party for believing them !! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!"
"Had an issue with an order but Jon the OWNER immediately reached out to me and rectified the situation on the spot !! You don't hear from the OWNERS very often, and that says a LOT about their customer service and business when the OWNER wants to handle the issue ! "I purchased a pair of defective skates and they would not take them as a return so here is my response to them that went unanswered of course...I STILL have the defective pair of skates that are ZERO use to me....

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through this amount of time , effort and shipping expense to return a defective pair of skates ! I feel like I am being treated as I committed a crime and you have to "investigate" me and my defective skate and THEN you will rule if I can return them and get a refund !! This was my first order from you, as I usually order through purehockey.com, and when I have had product issues with them, it's an immediate rma and prepaid return label emailed to me with no questions and a refund is given when they see that the item was picked up by UPS. I would expect more from your company in terms of customer service and less run around on my end just to return a defective pair of skates . If you would like to help me out with this return in the form of a prepaid label and a refund, I am more than happy to do business with you into he future and leave a positive review, but if you want to continue to inconvenience me and make me feel like a criminal by asking to return a defective pair of skates for a refund, then I will just keep them and leave an appropriate review on how Itech and Goaliemonkey.com treats their customers and handles their returns ,and will do business in the future with a company that wants to take care of their customers like purehockey.com. Tyler there always puts the customer first and I wanted to try YOUR business and had hoped that your customer service was similiar. The choice is yours so please let me know how you/I will proceed.

**** As I mentioned, I never heard back from goaliemonkey.com or their customer service and it's been almost five days...they originally told me I had to pay shipping to ship them back, they would then investigate the skates , and then AFTER they investigate and determine whether or not they are defective ( which the right skate it's obvious and I even sent pics to them ) , they will make a ruling and I they do NOT deem them defective ( WHAT ?? ) , I will have to pay to have the defective skates shipped BACK to me and I am stuck with not only paying 2 ways of shipping, but I am stuck having paid for defective skates !! Itech and goaliemonkey.com should take note and administer customer service policies of some of the other online stores because goaliemonkey.com customer service and return policies are laughable at best.. I gave them the opportunity to make this right, now I am stuck with an unusable pair of skates that I paid for and am stuck with due to no help from them...disappointing as I saw other items I wanted to order ! Even if they did not refund my money and gave me store credit, I probably would have gave them another shot to see if this was just a fluke situation or not, but they will not return emails so what can I expect...you have been warned"

"Purchased one of their items a month ago or so, and received it a short while ago. Product was as described but it did take almost 2 weeks to finally ship. Once I receive the product it was missing links that are needed to size the watch. Numerous, and I mean like 10 to 15 emails, have been sent with no reply other than we will check on it and check with the vendor. I spoke with Pedro once and he was going to investigate it for me, but have heard nothing since. it's going on almost a month now that I have a watch that I can not use and I cannot get anyone from their customer service to respond via email ,as THEY request, to help me out with this situation. What good is a company that sells great products but has zero customer service after the fact if you have a problem. I had high hopes of ordering more from this company as I like their products and their prices but with no customer service when I need help, what good is the company. If I could read it 0 Stars I would but unfortunately they don't go that low."
"They cancelled the order with no explanation because I used a VALID coupon code that THEY advertised..this is the first time I ever purchased from them and it will definitely be the last...poor business practices and will not even honor THEIR coupon code...shop elsewhere folks"
"If this company went out of business the world would be a better place in my opinion ! I purchased a camera from the and it was promptly delivered. Upon using the camera the day after receiving it , most pictures were covered in red and green lines. Defective sensor Sony techs say. Sent a request for an rma and that went unanswered. Sent another request for an rma in and THAT went unaswered. Emailed customer service to return the camera for a refund and AGAIN went unanswered. Emailed AGAIN , no answer. CALLED them , they were sending an email for an rma and never received it ! Called AGAIN and they said they would check on it and NEVER heard back. All emails and refund/rma requests go UNANSWERED . I have a defective camera that I cant return for a refund because NO ONE will contact me or respond to rma and refund requests !! STAY AWAY..Go to Amazon as Amazon is cheaper and their return/refund policy is MUCH better ! At least with Amazon you can get someone to RESPOND and CORRECT the situation ! Dont be tempted by their low prices, you will wish you didnt have the headache i have trying to get them to issue a refund ! Beware !!"
