"The shipping costs are a little unclear. I wanted to pay an additional $7.99 for Express shipping but apparently I still had to pay for Standard shipping (another $7.99). I called to confirm that I had to pay $16 in shipping. I removed Express shipping so I'm hoping I won't regret that. Also, creating a login removed the $3 discount on the item that was initially applied when I started looking through the site. That is disappointing."
