"I usually get compressed rawhide dog bones from Chewy. They informed me they were out of stock. Searched for and found Nature's Choice product at PetRx at reasonable price. Ordered 46 bones and order was confirmed. A day later email arrived stating they were in short supply and they would only send me 8 to make sure other customers could obtain them. I have 3 large dogs who go though a bone each daily. What they sent will last less than a week. What a joke. I wrote an email similar to this and no reply. I now note price has doubled.Definitely will not order anything from them again. "

"My order never was processed and I called them for follow up on and 3 representative were so rude and I spoke with a supervisor she was also rude, they said that they did call my Ver and my Vet confirmed that they never received any request or phone call from PetCareRx, I paid insurance for this service from 2016 I never experienced any problems before with my refills or orders until now, I don’t know if PetCareRx have new staff but they need to fix this issue, hoping they can review my calls and confirm recorded calls that my statement is true. The prescriptions are all always processed & delivered in less than or with in a week with the regular delivery option. Oh! I did have a slight situation once, where one of the meds that were sent had 2 pills that were fragments & customer service credited me for those pills without any hesitancy."
