"They weren't thorough with contacting my vet to confirm my cat's script and I had to basically do their job with calling my vets office and then their customer service line. It seems they are more interested in pushing some sort of in-house 'discount' program that costs over $130 a year. I have repeatedly declined joining and continue to get emails and calls. If Chewy hadn't been out of stock then I would have never ordered here to begin with. The woman I did speak to with the customer service department was lovely but everything in-between seems to be a mess. I will be sticking with buying food through Chewy or my vet's office. "
