"Purchased prescription dog food. Tracking has it Out For Delivery now for 6 days. Called Fedex and they said it was lost and to contact seller for re-delivery. Contacted PetCare RX and representative said they would ship another bag out. Three days later I call PetCare RX and come to find out they NEVER shipped it since their delivery dept said it was out for delivery. Again I explained it was lost and was instructed to call and schedule another shipment. Pet Care RX said they can put the order through but it's up to shipping dept to ship it. In which they will not because it shows Out For Delivery, even though Fedex says it's lost. Representative cannot contact shipped department, could not locate a manager, and will try to resolve the next day. So now I'm out of Prescription food, but they don't care. Worse customer service I have experienced in 30 years. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! UNRELIABLE AND NOT WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP!"

The cost of the insurance to cover this service barely evens out with the discount which by now is troublesome because we cannot get them.
I will probably suspend the insurance that includes PetCareRX and advise friends against getting it."
