"I have ordered from this company many times in the past and this will be my last. I ordered a RX food for my dog on Dec 31 22. I got a tracking number a few days later via email saying the food was out for delivery with a tracking number that showed it would be deviled on Jan 5 2023 (I took a screenshot too).
Jan 5 came and went and nothing. I called them the next to asked what is going on with the order. at this point my dog had at least a day or 2 of food left. The customer service just repeated what what she saw on her screen. I explained to her what I saw and told her she needed to do a little more than just taking me the same thing I already know.
She said for me to contact the carrier myself and find out what is going on even tho it is their product and their business. I got off the phone with them and give it another day. Nothing, called them again the next day and the same thing. No effort what so ever to actually trying to find out what is going on with the package. I requested to speak with a supervisor and she was even worst. At this point my dog was out of food.
I requested I get my money back and she refused, saying I have to wait for the package. which no one could tell me when the package would arrive. I called one more time after that and the same thing. No help what so ever from them.
At this point I had no other options but to go out and buy the food because my dog was out of food.
The food arrived Jan 19 2023, almost 3 weeks later!!! and the box had holds in them almost ripped, falling apart (I have images too). I called them requesting for my money and a return shipping label and they refused. Saying the only way I will get my money back is if I paid for the return, which will be taken out of the original total.
I will not order from them again even if they are offer the product for free. This is the worst services I have come across."

"We've order food from Petcare Rx a couple of times in the past two months. Their prices were very good, shipment was fast and everything came well packaged and in good condition. My only complaint is that both times they followed up with emails and phone calls to try to get us to sign up for automatic shipping. I don't mind having a vendor ask about this, but the frequency and number of attempted contacts became annoying. Emails were sent with headings something like "About Your Order" which would imply that there were problems with the order when there were none.
I believe their pricing, products and delivery service are very good but be prepared to get several unsolicited emails and phone calls if you place an order from them."
