"It's so easy to order prescription medications for my dog. PetCareRx even contacts my vet so I don't even have to email or fax them anything. Shipping is very fast. "
"Do not buy from this company! They will not take returns"
"So far my Experiences with pet care RX have been fabulous but today the customer care rep on the phone was not overly friendly. Her demeanor was short and rude. She was giving me answers without truly listening to my question. "
"Easy order. Great Product"
"Good experience! Very helpful "
"PetCareRx has been wonderful to order from. I used another online pharmacy prior to this. Once I submitted my order, it took weeks to ship (even with refills available on my prescription) and once it had shipped, took on average 2 weeks to deliver. I could never count on timely delivery and often had to call for status updates.
With PetCareRX, I get an email at every stage of the order process, so I always know what my order status is. I get an email the morning my order is scheduled to deliver, and one saying that it has delivered. I can count on on-time delivery to manage my dog's health condition and it has taken a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. (They auto ship too!)"
"Excellent, from placing order to delivery day. Easy and quick process. I have been ordering from PetCareRX few times already. They offer the best prices and quality service. Thank you. "
"GREAT EXPERIENCE. CALLED MY VET THE SAME DAY TO GET THE NEEDED PERSCRIPTION FOR SHIPMENT.
ORDER WAS PROCESSED THE SAME DAY AND WAS RECEIVED IN 2 DAYS
MOST HAPPY WITH THEIR QUALITY SERVICE."
"Lack of attentive listening from service representative’s. "
"Okay, I've been a longstanding customer of PetCareRx - in general, they offer my pet's meds for a fraction of the price. It's great.
Recently my dog has been having seizures and then also was diagnosed with Bone Cancer, in addition to all the other normal elderly dog concerns. I have an entire drug carousel of things she takes, and dosage and mix is being updated on a regular basis as we try to get these things under control. With that, I have multiple meds that I get from different sources, and with the changing dosages, there's no "regular" schedule to put these on as in an autoship.
Most recently, I was reordering the primary pain medication she's on - it also helps with seizures. The order shipped immediately (awesome), and within a day or two, it was in my area. HOWEVER, the shipping service that PetCareRX uses now ships from UPS to USPS - and this is where it falls into a black hole until it arrives at your doorstep.
While the medication was in the black hole, I started running low on pills and started to panic. UPS showed it had left their facility and transferred to USPS. Several days had gone by with no update on the tracking, so I reached out to USPS - they claimed to not have received the shipment and recommended I reach out to the vendor. I gave it another day...then another...still no tracking or update. We were already out of pills and had purchased a couple days supply from the vet to tide us over - naturally with a controlled substance, we only got a small buffer (the PetCareRx order was for 240 pills). I reach out to PetCareRx to see if they can help me in locating the medication, which at this point I'm concerned is completely lost. PetCareRx offered ZERO solutions in tracking down the original order or assisting with a solution that would help my dog.
The first agent offered to speak with a manager, but then "all the managers were at lunch" and would have to have someone call me back. I never received a phone call. Toward the end of the day, I called back in only to be told there's nothing that could be done. The timeframe they were asking me to wait before they could offer assistance was well beyond the buffer I had, and frankly there was just no offer to collectively come up with a solution. Sorry, but "I wish I could help" is not helpful for relieving my dog's pain.
At the end of the day, I'm extremely disappointed that 1) there's a shipping service that completely loses ability to track something as important as prescription medication 2) that the agent claimed a manager would call me back and didn't 3) that there was ZERO assistance in trying to help locate the package or come up with a solution that would get needed medication to my dog - I even offered to place another order if they could expedite the shipment for me. NO DICE.
When it's time for a refill or a new medication, I'll highly consider using Chewy. The medication and food deliveries from them are transparent and EXTREMELY fast. I know that a lot of this was outside of the agent's control, but the service provided by a vendor is ALWAYS well within the control of the company. PetCareRx fell short on this one, and despite generally being a low-cost leader was not worth the headache of wondering if my dog would have the meds she needs. "
"No glitches! It was easy to order exactly what we needed, they contacted our vet for approval, and the medicine arrived in our mailbox a few days later. "
