"My girl Envi is long time dependent on Apoquil to live a normal life, along with pain meds for arthritis and being old now. Her meds were not delivered and tracking said they couldn't be found. She would run out of meds the next day. The vet prices are nearly double over PetCareRX, not affordable. There was an issue with delivery due to their shipping company. I called customer service and she was very helpful!!! She knew the problem, they had with their shipper, she immediately sent to her managers attention to request next day or two day delivery. Her meds arrived in less than 24 hrs!! Did not miss a dose!! Amazing service!! "

"I actually wrote you an e-mail right after my order arrived. At least half my order was mangled and/or dented to various extents. Some of them were so mangled I had to use a hand can opener to open them, the pull tab wouldn't move the top. One can had popped open in shipping and doused several cans with dog food stew. I'm not sure if this happened in the warehouse or shipping. If the warehouse shame on you, if in shipping, you need to ask yourself whether you have been getting a large number of complaints, and deal with that. I had to have this order because I was going to be away and needed to send a supply of k/d food to the vet/sitter. There was no time to wait for a reshipment. It had to be then. I put the dented ones I could save in the fridge and have been using them first, thankfully I had just enough to supple the vet/sitter with enough food, in halfway good cans, for Emily. "

"Routine order and apparently I needed another prescription after just submitting one the month prior. Instead, they did not notify me that they needed another to be submitted. My food rather just sat there and was not sent out until I then reached out for an explanation as to why my food had still not been shipped. Then had to acquire another prescription and wait additional time for that to be delivered and then processed on there end. "
