"My experience with ordering pet bowls on several occasions went like this: There are quantity drop down arrows that allow you to select more than one. Be advised that if you order a dozen or whatever, they will ship, and then you'll receive an email saying that they limited your quantity--usually 5. So if you want to order more, because you NEED MORE, you get to pay for shipping AGAIN for no reason.

Customer care said they limit these higher quantity orders because they've had actual pet stores order from them. I explained what I need them for and that I am not a pet store. The representative said that she note that so that I could order a larger quantity. EXCEPT that they are still doing the same thing. This last time I was told it was because they wanted to have enough for everyone... huh??

Anyway on my most recent order it was GREATLY reduced (I think I ordered 24 and they shipped 7! So after yet another chat, the agreed to refund my shipping... on that order.

So just don't order any significant quantity of any single item and I guess you'll be fine."
