"Everything about Petcarerx is good but for one thing. They will ONLY ship with FedEx. FedEx packages do not show up about 25-30% of the time, yet are marked delivered when you track it. The problem is not just with Petcarerx, but other shippers who use FedEx as well, and not just our packages but others. The pack and ship place in our town told me they changed suppliers (where they buy their boxes, bubble wrap etc.) simply because the supplier shipped exclusively with FedEx. They described the exact same problems; packages tracked as delivered yet not received, packages left at random places other than their business etc. We’ve found our dog food a 1/2 mile away from our house under someone’s mailbox, at the end of our driveway at the bottom of the mountain where they put it out, and we’ve had the dog food taken by bears and ripped apart by roaming dogs and coyotes. All because of the negligence of FedEx. As long as Petcarerx has FedEx as the only shipping option I can’t give them 5 stars."

"I order Science Diet in cans for my dog. They always come damaged. I have to throw away 2-3 cans and use a lot of damaged cans. When they ship they do not add any extra room so it is only 1/16" of cardboard away from the cans. The worst was when I ordered a bag of dry dog food along with 3 cases of cans. They put them all loose in a big box and it came all smashed up.
